korea day five

coex mall & 7 luck & gangnam

today's the first day we had no idea where to go!

by the fifth day we were totally exhausted already. though we didn't cramp our schedule we somehow ended up reaching the inn around 11pm every single night.
had our usual "where to go tomorrow" discussion last night but couldn't come to any conclusion. so we decided to ...............
just sleep in as late as we would like for today wee~!

it was around 12 by the time we went out to hunt for food
came across the egg on the car thing around our neighbourhood

our second meal of korea grilled meat! the variety is a bit different though. it has sauce on it from the start

yummy! me lauf it!
we had a hard time finding a shop to eat because they were all closed!
so shocked.. hongdae was like a ghost town in daylight

it rained.
so we decided to just hang out at coex mall =)
coex mall supposedly boast the biggest underground mall in asia but it didn't really feel that huge at all plus the shops aren't that interesting. it's totally ok though because...

our main point is this!! seven luck casino which is located in coex mall!
we are finally of age to go casino ahhh
didn't do anything but look at how other people play and learnt a couple of card hand signals.
i shall be prepared the next time i set foot into a casino!

carine super high when she saw this XD
watched around three of its last shows where a few different idol group danced and sang.
not bad for a ten day trip huh? we even managed to see some korean stars ^^
no regrets in going coex mall after all.
considered going apgujeong (another shopping area but it's super high-end) but yu yang (carine's friend) suggested we go gangnam instead for dinner.

 for four people portion btw
it tastes exactly like 'hei chi lou' (black chicken) except they added chilli and potatoes into it. will definitely try to cook it next time!

our pose when sze yang suggested i mimick his and lydia's =.=

and this!!
ahh you see that black pole? at first glance it may look like a normal innocent pole but behold!

it's a purikura pole!

there's a camera at the pole where you can take your photo, decorate it with many many cute stuff with its touch screen and send it to your email!
never in my life have i conceive this idea before!

 it's free by the way!

i hereby declare the koreans geniuses!!
